Welcome to تسويقي | taswiqi (referred to as "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application, website, and services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

  1. Eligibility and Account Terms

Age Requirement: To register and use the Platform as an affiliate or merchant/partner, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration (including your name, email address, and phone number).

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Single Account: Each individual or legal entity is permitted to create only one account unless explicit written authorization is granted by Us.

  1. Nature of the Service

تسويقي | taswiqi is an intermediary affiliate marketing platform connecting affiliate marketers with merchants and partner companies joining the Platform to offer products and services. The Platform enables affiliates to generate tracking links and promotional codes to earn financial commissions based on qualified sales and referrals.

  1. Commissions and Earnings Policy

Commission Calculation: Commissions are generated and credited solely for valid, successful, and completed sales or referrals recorded through the automated systems of the Platform.

Referral Program (Multi-Tier / Invite-a-Friend Commissions): If the referral feature is activated, affiliates earn designated commissions on sales generated by users who registered via their unique invitation links, subject to the system rules and thresholds displayed on the dashboard.

Cancelled or Refunded Transactions: No commissions will be credited for orders that are cancelled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent or manipulated.

Payouts: Earned commissions will be disbursed via the available payment methods provided within the Platform, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold (if applicable) and the completion of standard clearance/holding periods.

  1. Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

Affiliates and Platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accrued commissions without prior notice:

Fraud and Manipulation: Utilizing automated bots, fake clicks, self-referral loops, or fraudulent orders to generate illegitimate commissions.

Misleading Advertising: Providing false or inaccurate descriptions of products, services, prices, or offers belonging to partner companies.

Spamming: Sending unsolicited promotional links via bulk emails, social media, or messaging applications.

Brand Bidding / Trademark Infringement: Running search engine ads (e.g., Google Ads) on protected brand names or trademarks of the Platform or its merchant partners without explicit written permission.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, content, source code, designs, and branding elements associated with تسويقي | taswiqi are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Promotional media materials (images, graphics, copy) provided by the Platform are strictly intended for affiliates to promote products and services listed on تسويقي | taswiqi.

  1. Account Termination and Deletion

By the Platform: We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if a breach of these Terms occurs or if suspicious activity is detected.

By the User: Users have the right to delete their account at any time directly from within the app via Settings, or by contacting technical support via email.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operational availability.

The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or payment delays caused by inaccurate user-submitted banking/payout details.
